The Teppanroom provides an interactive dining experience in an elegant mixture of Western and Japanese-style settings, where guests watch by the table-side as chefs transform market-fresh ingredients into delicious dishes on the teppanyaki grill - a fresh take on market-to-table dining of world flavours.

Their signature dishes include Kochi Fruit Tomato with Pancetta, Iberico Pork Loin with Wasabi Apple Purée and Japanese A4 Wagyu Sirloin. A selection of fine wines, Japanese beer, shochu, plum wine and an extensive list of premium sake are also available.
