Aqua’s Father’s Day Brunch
From the 29th floor of the One Peking building, fathers will enjoy a five-course dinner, which includes dishes from both the aqua Roma and Tokyo kitchens alongside stunning views of Hong Kong. Newly created for the occasion, the Grilled octopus with roasted eggplant and chilli is one of three mains to choose from alongside the Stone-grilled wagyu beef with butter soy sauce and Cartoccio-style sea bass alla Mediterranea for an additional +HK$148 per portion. Free-flow Cremant Blanc de Blancs is also served for two hours from just (+HK$100) per person. Upgrades include Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label (+HK$300) and a Ruinart Experience (+HK$500), which includes both Rosé and Blanc de Blancs Champagne for fathers with a finer taste. The Father’s Day Dinner is available from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st June, priced at HK$788 per person.
Aqua’s Father’s Day Because Brunch will take place on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June from 12-3pm, complete with a new complimentary cocktail, made by one of Asia’s 50 Best Bartender’s to celebrate the reopening of aqua spirit bar. The brunch starts from HK$588 and includes new dishes like the Zucchini flower and corn tempura and Italian mussels & clams in white wine sauce and four free-flow options to choose from.
