From Thursday 25th to Saturday 27th June, the innovative Mexican cocktail bar Coa mastered by beverage industry vegetarian Jay Khan (winner of the Altos Bartender award, ranked #3 on Asia’s 50 Best Bar List and #49 World’s 50 Best Bars 2019) will be showcasing four of his artisanal creations at aqua spirit. Jay Khan will grab the reins and introduce his agave-focused infusions which the powerful Tamarind Milk Punch, crafted with mezcal joven, Matusalem 15-year-old rum, sherry, tamarind, coffee, coconut, lemon, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. For those that prefer a non-alcoholic drink, we recommend La Paloma de Oaxaca which uniquely features worm salt, Tequila blanco, Mezcal joven, lime, grapefruit soda. Enjoy one of Coa’s creations on aqua’s Because Brunch menu served exclusively on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June alongside Italian & Japanese favourites and of course - unlimited Champagne.
Entry is free, with each of the partner cocktails priced at HK$100 (excluding service charge). Guests can purchase special drink packages online in advance priced at HK$300 to try all of the cocktails from each bar when you select an event to attend.
