The new Vibes Rough Bites menu curated by the hotel’s Executive Chef – Western Cuisine, Sheldon Fonseca, features exciting guilty pleasures such as Cajun Sweet Potato Fries, Loaded Tater Tots with crispy bacon, salsa and jalapeno, and deliciously addictive Spicy Chicken Sando with layers of crispy, tender chicken laced with sriracha and pickles in-between milk bread.
Popular Spanish tapas-inspired flavors such as Pil Pil Prawns with just the right combination of spice, parsley, garlic and lemon as well as classic Pulpo a la Gallega – grilled octopus served with capers leaves and smoked paprika – are the small plates perfect for sharing among seafood lovers.
For conscious souls who wish to chill outdoors and relish in tasty food without remorse there is a new Impossible Burger with BBQ sauce, garlic aioli and confit tomato and light Young Veggie Crudites with yoghurt tahini dip.
