The one-night-only New Year’s Eve Premium Tasting Menu is invigorated with the seasonal and artisanal premium ingredients, highlights include Kristal Zuma Caviar, Japanese Wagyu Tataki with White Truffle, Grilled Hokkaido Scallops with Shio Buta and Sea urchin and A4 grade Japanese Wagyu Sirloin. Created by head pastry chef Eddy Lee, especially for the occasion, the dessert platter is loaded with a colourful layer of Wild Strawberry and Tahitian Vanilla Chawanmushi, Warm Raspberry Cheesecake and Special Chocolate with Caramel and Almond Praline.
As one of the most extravagant New Year’s Eve countdown parties in town, Zuma’s renowned annual New Year’s Eve Party will start from 9.30pm with free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne, unique music and entertainment from DJ and performers to keep the party in full swing as the midnight hour approaches. For those looking to start the celebration earlier, Zuma will be opening the doors to an exclusive Yashoku Night Brunch, New Year’s Eve Edition, which includes free-flow food, champagne and beer from 8pm to 10pm, plus granted entry into the spectacular countdown party.
