Zuma Hong Kong presents Kyoyu Sundays with Nick Tse and Ayako Miyake (Bar Buonasera)
In response to the challenges in the food and beverage industry, Zuma Hong Kong is set to host “Kyoyu Sundays”, a first-ever series of pop-ups showcasing a cocktail pairing experience with an exciting bar line-up to inject the city’s bar scene with positivity.
24 January – Bar Buonasera with co-owner and head bartender, Nick Tse and Ayako Miyake Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Bar Buonasera is a whisky and cocktail bar helmed by husband-and-wife team Nick Tse and Akayo Miyake. The bar serves up rigorously studied and perfected cocktails in true Japanese fashion.
