The Swedish Restaurant is set to launch the first ever New Year’s Eve menu here in Hong Kong, with the theme “Nyårsklockan ”(Meaning New Year in Swedish). The traditional Swedish celebration of New Year bringing the 4-Course Dinner Menu by Head Chef Jim Löfdahl. Sashimi including Salmon, Hamachi, scallop, red deer & truffle ponzu is one of the starters, Swedish Cold Cuts is the other starter which features sausage & pickles. Select either one of the main - Cod with lobster, vanilla oil, spinach & bisque or Beef Ribs Rossini with Foie Gras, beans and truffle sauce. Marking the end of the night, Eton Mess would be the best dessert for you all. Moreover, there will be a special Stockton bar takeover by Maximal Concepts’ group Mixologist Suraj Gurung from 6-9pm!
