“Going to Ibiza” ($148*) – A Gin Mare based cocktail with Capucana Cachaca, Grapefruit juice and lime juice. You will love it if the classic Gin & Tonic is not your drink of choice!
“Chilly Sakura” ($138*) – A mix of Sake, Lemon Juice, Sakura Syrup, Lychee Juice, Egg white. With aromatic sake and leave a sweet and fresh note on your palate.
“Dearest Angel” ($138*) – A frothy cocktail has a dreamy look and mixed in Farmer’s Gin, Midori, Melon Puree, Honey, Lemon Juice, Egg White.
“Taiwan Margarita” ($138*) – A Tequila infused with Chinese plum, Lemon Juice, Guava Juice, Cointreau. Combining the tang of acidity and the sweetness of Chinese Plum and Caramelized Apricot.
“The Emperor” ($198*) – Made for adventurous drinkers! Chinese Mou Tai infused Tie Guan Yin, Red Dates Puree, Lemon Juice, Orange Bitters and served with red date cake.
