The gourmet menu ($498 per head) was specially crafted to ensure a delicious and memorable meal for you and your Valentine. Guest can choose from our lovely selection of appetizers, the Grilled Octopus, Spanish octopus known for its tender meat, paired with fresh tomato confit, asparagus and smoky charred lemon, the Canadian Uni and Burrata Bruschetta, Olive Oil Caviaroli, a sphere of pure oil with the same texture as caviar, enhancing the dish with a taste explosion, leaving aromas and intensity on the palate, the burrata goes perfectly with the fresh sweet Canadian sea urchin balancing the flavors; or one of our signature dishes, Lump Crab Cake, with a crispy crust that contrast beautifully with the meaty chunks of crab inside.
To refresh your palate between courses the chef has specially created a Lime and Basil sorbet. Followed by a choice of three main courses, including the USDA Prime Tenderloin with cream spinach cooked with fresh cream and parmesan, potato sarladaises pan fried in duck fat, seared foie-gras, figs port wine jus. For a refreshing and healthier choice the Italian Seabass, the sweet seabass with Romanesco, scampi sauce, Spanish chorizo, parsley and lemon, and lastly the slow cooked Australian Lamb Rack, cooked medium rare with wild mushroom mashed potato, and broccolini and black truffle veal jus.
Finish off your romantic evening with the Red Velvet Lava Cake, accompanied with dehydrated raspberry, crumble, rose sorbet made with fresh rose pedals and vanilla sauce.
