Wednesday 17th of July, we'll be serving a multi-course feast of Israeli seaside, featuring fish and seafood from the Israeli coast and showcasing the versatility of the country’s cuisines.
Start the night with Hummus masabacha ; Baba ghanoush ; Braised white beans ; Golden spiced mussels and Falafel with tahini.
For the next wave, think Grilled chicken skewers with preserved orange and almond ; Char-grilled red harissa king prawns with coriander salad and Fried St. Peter’s fish with thyme and lemon salt.
End the night with a double sweet note and try the Chamomile and vanilla set yoghurt with pistachio, plus the Dark chocolate and cinnamon babka
