With Fang Fang’s new dinner menu, guests are invited for a fun and exciting celebration of Chinese culinary culture. One featured new signature dish is the Fang Fang Beggar’s Chicken, which is served tableside. Adhering to traditional methods, the whole chicken is first stuffed with a tasty vegetable mixture before being baked for four hours, with Fang Fang’s kitchen team choosing to bake the chicken in bread and lotus leaves instead of clay to ensure an authentic Asian flavour. Guests are invited to kick start their feast by cracking open the bread crust with a wooden hammer before slicing into the juicy and tender chicken.
Other highlights of the new menu include the aromatic typhoon shelter-style soft shell crab, which is laced with an addictive spicy mixture of garlic, chili, onion and peanuts; fish maw and asparagus dressed with abalone sauce for a healthy and refreshing dish; and stir-fried tiger prawns in Kung Pao style. Dreaming of dim sum? Sate your cravings with truffle mushroom spring rolls, abalone seafood puff and Sakura shrimp dumplings.
