Monday 5th of August, we'll be serving a multi-course feast that features India’s culinary influence over the Middle East, showcasing both Chef Corey and Sous-chef Sam’s talents.
Start the night with a Sheermal bread ; Sumac and za’atar crusted papadums ; Mint and cucumber labneh. Also try our pastry trio, including a Potato and green pea samosa ; Lamb and lentil sambusak and Feta with dried mint filo parcels.
For the next wave, think Kasundi mustard broccoli with beetroot hummus ; Coconut king prawn curry
with cashew rice pulao and Smoked Te Mana lamb chops with baby spinach purée.
End the night with a sweet note and try the Mango kulfi semifreddo with pistachio and rose petal brittle.
