Our Head Sommelier, Reeze Choi, has curated a selection of German Rieslings based the varying styles of winemaking, sugar content and expression of the terroir. The wines will be accompanied by a special six-course Thai influenced menu designed for the occasion by Head Chef Ming. The ticket price for six course menu is HK$1,580 per person plus 10 percent charge.
