White and Black Truffle Dishes for the Season
As this truffle season begins, La Petite Maison showcases a selection of eight new à la carte dishes using the very best of white and black truffle, offering a delicate and truly truffle experience at Hong Kong’s chicest Southern French restaurant.
Chef Maurizio Pace has carefully chosen a family of expert truffle hunters from the mountainous woodlands of Marche, Italy. These truffles are widely known to be excellent quality, have an exceptional taste, shape and freshness – perfect for gracing the best plates internationally.
Using both white and black truffles from Marche, Chef creates eight dishes using both types of truffles in their peak season. A selection of La Petite Maison’s freshly house made pasta includes Rigatoni, Linguini and Gnocchi. Ranging from HK$488 – HK$988, each pasta is tossed in a cream sauce with truffle oil all topped with additional black or white shavings.
