Whether you are a vegetarian or just want to gear towards a healthier diet, the newly-launched Green Mondays at BEDU can answer to your needs. Inspired by Green Queen after hosting one of their SDG #PlantBased Dinners as well as embracing the plant-based lifestyle, Executive Chef Corey comes up with weekly vegan specials to bring a bit more green in our lives.
From now on, you’ll find rotating specials of plant-based delights, every Monday. We’re talking a smoky Eggplant Carpaccio with creamy tahini, fresh pomegranate and crispy garlic, Golden fried Brussels sprouts pickled chilli and hummus, and Aged rice and heirloom tomato salad with roasted sesame dressing.
A completely vegan chef’s menu will also be available on Monday evening for $370 per person. Chef will combine the above vegan dishes together with the selective vegetarian cuisines from à la carte menu including Smoky Hummers with Homemade Flatbread, Charred Broccoli with spicy chilli and crispy kale and Roasted baby carrots with smoked tahini and sesame crumb. If you want something sweet to finish this green and healthy meal, Drunken Berry Millefeuille with refreshing watermelon granite would be a good choice for you.
