Red Sugar is dedicated to pamper the couples with the “His and Hers” dinner at Red Sugar, tailor made with special offerings for the love birds. Indulge in the dinner curated by Chef Matthew Woolford with the best seasonal ingredients from all around the world, starting with David Hervé Oysters, followed by an Aged Parmesan Crème Brûlée for the ladies and Seared Rougie Foie Gras for the gentlemen. Chef will then present US Linz Heritage Mini Tomahawk with a selection of side dishes for sharing. Have a sweet ending with “His chocolate Ring” featuring Grand Cru Chocolate Mousse with Coconut and lime curd, as well as “Her Chocolate Ring” showcasing White Chocolate whipped Ganache and Raspberry Curd.
