This summer, The Place, Cordis, Hong Kong’s all-day dining restaurant presents a “Summer in Hawaii” buffet, bringing guests an exotic culinary experience with a series of popular Hawaiian delicacies.
Featuring an array of favourites from Hawaii, the journey begins with refreshing cold dishes such as Hawaii Seafood Salad, Hawaiian Poke Bowl, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Hawaiian Spam Musubi. Moving to the main course, a selection of scrumptious hot dishes have also been prepared, including Hawaiian Baked Lobster with Spam, Pineapple and Cheese^ and a live Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder carving station#.
