ICHU Peru ramps up the party spirit this summer with free-flow Aperol Spritz. From now on, ICHU terrace will be home to the iconic Aperol Spritz fountain, the refreshing orange cocktail perfectly suited to cool nights and hot parties.

Exclusively designed for ICHU’s jungle-inspired terrace, the Aperol Spritz fountain delivers the best in al fresco dining, inviting guests to bask in the sun and enjoy the cocktail’s effervescent sweetness. The free-flow, self-serve fountain serves a pre-mixed combination of prosecco and a dash of soda. To enhance the summer vibe, visitors can look forward to a comprehensive lineup of live entertainment and chilled starters, including the Dragon Fruit Ceviche - Chef Sang’s latest take on the tropical summer fruit.

To complement the fountain of fun, ICHU also offers a terrace-exclusive menu of cool dishes to counter the summer heat. ICHU Peru guests can enjoy two hours of free-flow Aperol Spritz daily from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Guests can also enjoy artisanal cocktails, and select wines and spirits.
